What is freight? 

Freight is the process of shipping or transporting your required items from your location to the event venue. It includes items such as displays and products. Freight also covers the handling of your items at the venue, like unloading and storing. Please ensure you've also read through the bump in/out process. 

Who takes care of freight at the AGHA?

While you're able to organise the shipment and transportation of your products with any courier or freight company you prefer (for example, AUSPOST/STARTRACK). The AGHA have partnered with GEL for the event. We recommend using GEL for your freight needs as they manage the loading dock, unloading and onsite storage.

What do I and my freight company need to know before bump in? 

Please view the freight manual prior to moving in. If you're using an external freight company (someone other than GEL), please forward on the freight manual to your chosen freight company.
