It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to familiarise themselves with the regulations and conditions of the AGHA Melbourne Gift Fair. To do so, please read through the exhibitor manual for an extensive guide on exhibiting with the AGHA.

Confirm your trading name

Due: As soon as possible

Every exhibitor should have received a welcome email with the subject titled "Everything you need to exhibit". If you have not received this email or  require a name change or have a question about your stand, please reach out to us.

Please Note: As a standard practice, the AGHA does not use "LTD" or "PTY LTD" at the end of any business name. In addition, the cutoff date for name changes in the Printed Buyers Guide is the 31st June 2025. If you still require a name change after this date, your name will only be changed on your fascia and in the Online Directory.
If the trading name and stand details listed are correct, you're all set. No further action required



Public Liability Insurance (PLI) submission

Due: As soon as possible

Your PLI Certificate of Currency must include the following information:

- Your legal Entity Name / Company Name / Trading Name (including ABN)
- Public Liability Insurance must cover a minimum of $20 Million AUD
- Coverage of policy: Australia OR Worldwide OR Trade Fairs only
- Policy period + Expiry date


Marketing Submissions


Due: DEADLINE PASSED

These materials will be used by the marketing team to promote your presence at the fair. This can include but is not limited to EDMs and social media. More specifically, they will be used in the profile spotlight. You can view the Sydney 2025 profile spotlight here.

Online Directory

If you haven’t received any email to log on, please contact the AGHA team


This is your online business profile. On your online directory, you will be able to upload additional images, choose your product categories (which will be used in the printed Buyers Guide) and more.

Stand Information Form

Exhibitor Badge Form

Every exhibitor and their staff must have a badge. Complete this form to print your badge onsite


MCEC Site Induction

Due: Before move in

Every individual onsite during move-in/out must complete the MCEC site induction. Exhibitor staff onsite only during trade days don't need to complete the induction. 


Parking/WIFI

Due: Before move in


 Exhibitors are to have pre-booked their parking online. Additionally, WI-FI services can also be purchased through the venue. 

Lead Setup

Due: Before move in

(More details will be emailed closer to the fair; you can start setting up with questions through the hub, however the app is yet to go live)


This is an app that allows you to scan buyers that come to visit your stand. Grab their details and build that relationships.
Custom Build Plan
