Please note: If you require a Forklift on Tuesday 29th July. A charge will incur. The AGHA covers forklift usage from Wednesday 30th July onwards. 

Please note: Access on Tuesday 29th July is only for exhibitors within Door 9 - 10 and the earliest possible time would be midday.

Please note: Access on Wednesday 30th July from 7am onwards is the earliest time for exhibitors bumping into the Expansion Hall (Doors 11 - 17). No early access on Tuesday.

Early Access Guidelines

  • Exhibitor Pre-Registration must have been completed and the Exhibitor Manual must be read and understood.
  • All stand fee's owing, including Membership fees, must be paid in full prior to arriving on-site to commence set-up.
  • Space only stands - your AGHA Stand Information Form must have been completed and your custom stand build plan must be submitted to and confirmed by the Operations Manager - events@agha.com.au prior to moving-in.
  • Shell scheme stands - your AGHA Stand Information Form must have been completed.
  • A move-in schedule must be supplied to AGHA including; expected day and time of the delivery of your freight and expected date and time of yourself and any other personnel expected on-site to complete your build.
  • All on-site contractor and sub-contractor personnel must have registered their attendance via the contractor pre-registration form on the Contractors Portal.

All early access requests are approved on the strict provision that all packing material, crates, boxes and any rubbish must be removed from the aisle ways prior to all exhibitor move-in at 8.00am on Thursday 31st July and any subsequent is kept to a minimum and cleared as soon as possible ensuring clear aisle access.
