ELIGIBILITY 

  • Over the age of 18

  • Open to Australian AGHA Members Only  

  • Nominee must be exhibiting at the AGHA Melbourne Gift Fair 2024.

  • The nominee must have a valid business, operating for 2 years or more

 

CRITERIA

This award will be judged by the association, our business partners and industry experts (in both the retail and wholesale sector).

Applicants will be judged based on the following: 

 

Impact 

  • Assessing the impact of the individual on the gift & homewares industry.  

  • Looking at how the individual has encouraged new initiatives to benefit the industry. 

Spirit  

  • Exploring why and how the individual started their business and what drives their motivation.  

  • How the individual has shown resilience, courage, and determination in taking the risk to start a business.  

Purpose

  • Exploring the vision behind the business.  

  • Looking at what the individual hopes to achieve with the AGHA.  

Growth  

  • Assessing the initiatives taken and their impact on the business. 

  • Assessing how the entrepreneur would like to grow.  

  • Looking at how the entrepreneur will or hopes to enhance the industry.
