SECTION 1: YOUR DETAILS

SECTION 2: BRAND & STAND INFORMATION

Food Stallholder Type

Please choose from the options below. 

• Pre-packaged (e.g. bottled/canned drinks, jars of chutneys, and pickles, jams, preseves, popcorn, etc.)
• Ready-to-eat (e.g. desserts and baked goods, kombucha poured in a cup, ice cream etc.)
• Cooked or prepared onsite (e.g. toasties, fresh salads, burgers, pancakes etc.) 

Preferred Stall Size 

Ready to eat can choose to be indoors or outdoors. If you choose to be outdoors, you must supply your own shelter/marquee.

We may be using this bio for our marketing campaign.

Product Range / Menu Description

Please detail what your product range or menu is likely to be. 

Please also note any special or unique menu items/products.

e.g. If there is anything interesting, unique or special about your products, range or creative process / a new product launched at the market / new certification or business award. 

Additional Information and Requests

Please let us know if there are any specific circumstances or requests that you would like on to consider when allocating spots on the floor plan (e.g. mobility, pregnancy, hearing impairment).

SECTION 3: PHOTOS

In this section you will upload a picture of your general stall setup (for our reference), and at least 3 product shots that best characterise your product offering.

Please supply quality product shots as we use them for marketing (website line-up and social media), and will ultimately drive customers to your stall (No collage images please)

How you present your stall is extremely important at the Christmas Gift Frenzy. Please upload a picture that accurately represents your stall set up.

Please upload 3 product images 

• Please supply us with images that are formatted for Instagram use. 
  • Squares - 1080 x 1080 pixels OR
  • Landscape - 1080 x 556 pixels
• If your images need to be converted to the Instagram format, you can do so on Canva. 
• The three images you supply must be your own images or images you have permission to use commercially.

Public Liability Insurance

Do you have a Certificate of Currency for your Public Liability Insurance?

$20 Million Public Liability Insurance is compulsory for participation at the Christmas Gift Frenzy 2023.
