Terms & Conditions
You must remain a member of the AGHA for you to receive the discounted/free rates. The benefits will remain in place for as long as you remain a member of AGHA. Both AGHA and HR Focus reserve the right to review, amend or withdraw the package at any time.
A condition for AGHA Members wishing to enter the AGHA member Benefit Program is that the member consents to the following:

Consent and Authority
In consideration of HR Focus agreeing to supply goods or services to the member, and in consideration of the AGHA introducing the member to HR Focus, the member hereby consents to, and expressly authorises, the furnishings by HR Focus to the AGHA, and the reciept by the AGHA from HR Focus from time to time of all information concerning the member, and concerning the supply of goods or services to the member, that may be necessary or reasonable to enable the AGHA to calculate the volume of goods or services supplied by HR Focus to the member.

The head agreement is between AGHA and HR Focus. AGHA Members will be billed by and will be responsible for the payment of all costs and charges incurred on their account, all participating members must sign the indemnity accompany the offer. AGHA will not accept any responsibility or liability for charges or debts incurred by the member.

Release and Indemnity

  1. In consideration of HR Focus agreeing to supply goods or services to the member and in consideration of the AGHA introducing the member to HR Focus, the member to the extent permitted by law hereby releases HR Focus and the AGHA and each of them from all claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings and costs to which the member is  or  may  become entitled against either or both of the AGHA and HR Focus as a consequence of the supply of information by HR Focus to  the AGHA in respect of the member, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such release extends to any interference with privacy or breach of the National Privacy legislation, as defined in the Privacy Act (C'wth), in respect of the member 
  2. By agreeing below the member acknowledges that upon any default of their billed HR Focus service, recognised under the AGHA agreement, responsibility for the incurred debt and service charges will remain the responsibility of the member from the date of the default occurring. 
  3. In consideration of HR Focus agreeing to supply goods or services to the member and in consideration of the AGHA introducing the member to the supplier, the member to the extent permitted by law indemnifies and will keep indemnified the AGHA and HR Focus, and each of them in respect of any liability that either the AGHA or HR Focus or both of them jointly, may hereafter incure as a consequence of the supply of information by HR Focus to the AGHA in respect of the member, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such indemnity extends to any interference with privacy or breach of the National Privacy legislation, as defined in the Privacy Act (C'wth), in respect to the member.
